Most property in Whitehorse turns over pretty quickly. For this reason I'm not going to list all the for sales on this website. I'll steer you to the right search places.
Almost all Yukon realtor listings are multiple listed which means you , as a buyer, do not have to call each individual realtor to see a listing and discuss your needs over and over and over.
My advice is to stick with a realtor you like, trust, and one who gives you whatever service you need.
When you decide on some buying parameters, e.g. maximum price, area in town (if you know the areas), minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms....and add whichever MUST HAVES you need....I'll set you up to receive notification the moment a new listing comes up that meets your requirements. You'll get a user name and password from me so you can neatly manage the listings I send you. It really is a great program and is easy to use.
